$2,100US/week for the whole villa.
(Rates does not include food,transportation or tips)
Rates may Vary, depending on time of year.
Rate includes cook/housekeeper, security guard/gardener and free internet.
There are no additional charges for the full-time staff,
but please do allow for staff gratuities at the end of your stay.
Airport pick up and drop off available.

                             Whistling Villa Terms and Conditions
                        By remitting any payment, you agree as follows:

• I will maintain this property in as good condition as I find it and agree to replace or pay for any loss, breakage or damage to the satisfaction of the owner or agents.
• An additional charge of $50.00US per person per night will be assessed for each additional guest who stays over night.
• I agree that no occupants will smoke within the premises.
• I agree that all occupants will use a calling card for all non local phone calls.
• It is expressly understood and agreed that owner or agents of Whistling Villa will not be liable for any damages or injury to Guest or other occupants and their property from whatever cause arising from the occupancy of said premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

• CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.Deposit less $100US handling charge will be refunded for cancellations that are made at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival.Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made less than 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately. No refunds will be made due to inclement weather or road conditions.

• HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY -No refunds will be given, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
• I agree to vacate said premises by 11am on departure date, unless prior arrangement is made.
• Pets are not permitted under any conditions.

• WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
